I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Istanbul Bomonti. The service was nothing short of excellent from the moment I arrived. Every day, I was delighted to find fresh fruit in my room, along with a generous supply of tea and coffee, which added a lovely touch to my stay. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quality of the bathroom supplies was impressive, contributing to a very comfortable and restful experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the staff. They were attentive and genuinely committed to providing top-notch service. I must give special mention to the manager, Eyup, who truly stood out as an outstanding individual. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Mercure Istanbul Bomonti for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, superb service, and a comfortable stay in Istanbul. I look forward to returning!

Location of course!!!!! Of course..the front desk man staff allowed us to get early checking in early morning easily, and ..the restaurant man staff (who always welcome us nicely with big smile during my 9 day stays ) there in front of the elevator everyday..).. Very friendly and helpful! I made separated reservations during nya 9 day stays....as I am all accord plus member (as surprisingly at booking.com, the rate was lower than all accords plus apps, for my additional one last day stay for two room..so I choosed to reserved at booking.com...) They were hellfull.. Of course the two bell boy old guys helping us with the taxi and luggage very nice... The room and bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean..

A very nice 5 stars hotel with reasonable prices in Istanbul. Nice location too!!. Near by Nişantaşı St. I really enjoyed my stay with my family in their presidential suite and actually I extended my stay because I liked the service and the people and how clean and fast they are. Atousa-guest relation manager-was really helpful. She is a real life superwomen. She helped us a lot with everything. I will come here every time I come to Istanbul.
